Thank you for shopping with TJ SWIM! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Below is our returns and exchanges policy:

Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes in exchange for a store credit. AU and US customers also have the option to exchange their item for a different size or style through our returns portal. Please note that standard shipping rates apply to all exchange orders. 

All returned items must be full price and in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

What is Checkout+ “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for free. If you decide not to add Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Checkout+ is available for AU, NZ and US customers. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined on this page.


Please note that all sale items are final sale, this includes items purchased in an Online Warehouse Sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if Checkout+ is not purchased for a free return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit or exchange to be processed. TJ SWIM is not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning.


Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible, we will either process your exchange or issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. The store credit will be valid for 3 years and can be used to purchase anything from our online store.
