  • Please note that orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
  • DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery.
  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
  • If the package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a refund however this refund will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be refunded the order subtotal, before shipping. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER FOR EITHER AN EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.
 
UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THONG BOTTOMS.

EXCHANGES
- Only for items to the same value of your original purchase
- You must include a 500g prepaid postage satchel for your item to be posted back
- Alternatively, you can repurchase the correct size or style with a store credit 

REFUNDS
- Only available for products with manufacturing faults or incorrect item received
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind

CONDITION OF RETURN
- Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE 
- Full price item
- If your return is not in perfect condition we will send it back to you

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Return for store credit 
- No exchanges
- Customers must cover return shipping costs
