RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER FOR EITHER AN EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.
 
UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THONG BOTTOMS.

- Full price item
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind

EXCHANGES
- Available for Australian customers
- For items to the same value of your original purchase

- Please include a 500g prepaid postage satchel for your new item to be posted back to you
- Alternatively, you can repurchase the correct size or style with a store credit 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Return in exchange for a store credit 
- Store credit can be used to repurchase a new size or style and does not expire
- We do not offer international exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
