Returns

Thank you for shopping with TJ SWIM! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Below is our returns policy:

Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order for a store credit.

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives with a manufacturing fault.

All returned items must be full price and in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

Please note that all sale items are final sale, this includes Mystery Bundles and items purchased in an Online Warehouse Sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Australian customers can return with our easy $9.50 shipping labels.

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. TJ SWIM is not responsible for lost or damaged items when returning.


Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. The store credit will be valid for 3 years and can be used to purchase anything from our online store.
