Shipping

• Orders will be shipped within 1 business day
• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient
• DHL Express Shipping requires a signature on delivery unless authority to leave is granted.
• If authority to leave is granted, the package may be left unattended. Please ensure that there is a safe location for the parcel to be left.
• In the event where a parcel is not claimed/rejected/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be returned to TJ SWIM. Consequently, there will be a $30 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
• Please note, TJ SWIM is not responsible for any delays caused by DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. We have provided the best delivery estimations available.
• If an Australia Post package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a store credit however this credit will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be credited the order subtotal, before shipping. 
• TJ SWIM is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network unless Shipping Protection has been added to the order. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.
• If Shipping Protection has been added to your order, rest assured that you're safeguarded against any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels, and we'll promptly dispatch a replacement to you.
• All shipping and returns shipping costs are at the discretion of the customer and cannot be waived by TJ Swim.
